3. User Responsibilities

  • Do not upload or share any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Do not impersonate others or engage in deceptive behavior.
  • Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform’s features or security.
  • Respect the community, refrain from harassment or discrimination.
  • Use AI tools and file upload features responsibly and within educational contexts only.

4. AI Content Disclaimer

StudyBuddy uses AI-powered services to generate notes, summaries, chat responses, and study plans. These are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any particular use. Always validate critical information independently.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload or generate using StudyBuddy. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the platform.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide consistent access, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may cause temporary disruptions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in suspicious or harmful activity. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Privacy

Your use of StudyBuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
